TikTok and FIFA Name 30 Creator Correspondents for the 2026 World Cup

TikTok and FIFA have unveiled a cohort of 30 creators drawn from four continents, 11 countries and 22 cities who will deliver behind-the-scenes coverage from across the United States, Mexico and Canada. The program extends TikTok's "Preferred Platform" deal with FIFA and ties into the new World Cup Hubs built on TikTok GamePlan.

T ikTok and FIFA have unveiled the FIFA World Cup 2026 Creator Correspondents, a 30-strong cohort of TikTok creators recruited to cover the tournament with fan-first, creator-led storytelling. The program builds on the Preferred Platform agreement TikTok signed with FIFA last cycle, and is designed to drive live-match discovery, deepen audience engagement and open new commercial routes for the federation's media partners across a billion-plus TikTok users.

"Soccer culture is being shaped by a new generation of creators on TikTok, genuine fans of the sport who have built passionate communities centered on their love of the game," said Rollo Goldstaub, Global Head of Sport at TikTok. "The FIFA World Cup 2026 is the biggest stage in soccer, and through both programs we are giving these emerging voices, who have spent their lives watching these leagues, athletes and teams, the opportunity to be part of telling the tournament's story."

United States supplies the largest contingent

The cohort spans four continents, 11 countries and 22 cities. The United States supplies the largest single contingent, with Florida (@axel.footy, @evdokiapopadinova, @thatsportsguy5), California (@gigimichellee, @matchday.fc, @sportswithjules), Georgia (@joe.felixx, @refsneedlovetoo, @simonescott33), Texas (@rademita), Virginia (@risingfooty_) and Maryland (@hrvizak) all represented. Latin America is anchored by Buenos Aires creators @ezzequielok and @federacchi, Monterrey freestyler @skiper_rmz, and a Brazilian trio in @biigoes, @flabandoni and @vitinho.fw.

Europe and Asia round out the roster

Europe sends a wide spread: London (@liriansantoss_, @papapincus, @samanthajademiller), Glasgow (@mckallaster), Berlin (@gianna_fs), Cologne (@rosacjb), Bordeaux (@championsdudigital), Rosny-sous-Bois (@bassqlfoot), Canet de Mar (@josepdt11) and Gdynia, Poland (@5.at.the.back). Asia is represented by Seoul (@dong.go) and Okinawa, Japan (@regate_takuya). The cohort blends pure-play soccer voices with hosts at the intersection of sport, fashion and culture, including former college basketball player Rachel DeMita (@rademita) and refereeing-focused @refsneedlovetoo founder David Gerson, whose Refs Need Love Too platform has more than 300,000 followers.

Coverage routed through TikTok GamePlan hubs

Across the tournament the Creator Correspondents will be embedded in host-city environments in the United States, Mexico and Canada, capturing bus arrivals, training sessions, press conferences, warm-ups and gameday access. Their output will be surfaced through TikTok's dedicated FIFA World Cup 2026 Hubs, powered by TikTok GamePlan, a product suite that lets teams, leagues and broadcasters drive discovery on the platform. Fans can also reach the cohort's feed by searching "FIFA World Cup" on TikTok. The tournament runs from June 11 to July 19 across 16 host cities, with 104 matches across 48 nations.
